Reitmans Assistant Store Manager

Lead retail operations with Reitmans as an Assistant Store Manager, using team coaching and customer experience skills in fashion retail.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support daily operations while motivating teams and fostering collaboration. The position emphasizes customer satisfaction, performance support, talent development, visual merchandising, and omnichannel initiatives. Reitmans is a proudly Canadian retailer with more than 200 stores and three fashion brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach team members and maintain an active sales-floor presence
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and prioritize satisfaction
Monitor KPIs and recommend actions supporting store goals
Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, displays, scheduling, and floor coverage
Requirements:
Two or more years supervising retail or customer-focused teams
Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Proven team leadership and sales-performance abilities
Fashion knowledge, style sense, and POS, ERP, ATS proficiency
High school diploma and flexible evening, weekend, holiday availability
