Sephora Interim Beauty Lead

Lead beauty retail performance at Sephora in Nanaimo, using coaching and product knowledge to strengthen client experiences and sales goals. This is a full-time position.
As an Interim Lead at Sephora, you will guide team members through coaching, collaboration, and client-first service. You will support personalized recommendations, product expertise, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives. The position also contributes to inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach team members toward exceptional client service
Drive sales through client engagement and recommendations
Provide feedback supporting team development
Support onboarding and continuous product learning
Assist with inventory and visual merchandising
Requirements:
Minimum two years leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service
Ability to coach and inspire teams toward goals
Strong sales and client service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
