Electoral Service Design Clerk
Service Design Jobs
Help Elections Ontario improve how electoral services are designed and delivered through service design, research translation, and collaborative facilitation. Work in-office five days weekly.
As an Electoral Service Design Clerk, you will support complex projects aligned with Elections Ontario’s legislative mandate and future-state priorities. You will use human-centred design, design thinking, journey mapping, and service blueprints. Your work will help make services user-centred, efficient, and elector-centred.
Key Responsibilities:
Support delivery through discovery, prototyping, and implementation
Improve electoral services and internal processes
Facilitate workshops with varied stakeholders
Interpret stakeholder needs and research data
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on project goals
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities
Experience creating prototypes or illustrations using AI platforms
Design-related post-secondary education or equivalent experience
French conversation ability is an asset
Support elector-centred service improvements with human-centred design, stakeholder collaboration, and research-based problem solving at Elections Ontario.
