Serve community patients as a Pharmacist with Shoppers Drug Mart, combining health consultations, prescription counselling, and full-scope services.
This Pharmacist manages daily Pharmacy operations within a locally owned and operated store supported by a national brand. You will consult with customers and health care providers, dispense medication, and maintain a professional, confidential dispensary. The work also includes workflow, inventory, documentation, and customer service responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Acknowledge customers approaching the Pharmacy
Provide prescription and product counselling
Practice professional services within expanded scope
Review workflow queues and will-call bins daily
Monitor stock, expired inventory, and wholesaler orders
Requirements:
Commitment to exceptional customer service
Strong professionalism and customer relations skills
Knowledge of Pharmacy systems is an asset
Follow Health and Safety procedures
Maintain customer confidentiality and consent requirements
Support community health through full-scope pharmacy services, thoughtful counselling, accurate dispensing, and dependable operational oversight.
