Central Kitchen Operations Lead

T&T Supermarket Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Central Kitchen operations in Richmond, BC. You will assist in meeting production schedules, managing costs, and improving processes for high-volume food production.
The role requires a diploma in Food Science/Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management, a Food Safety certificate, and at least 3 years of related experience. Proficiency in SAP and MRP systems is preferred. Strong English communication and leadership skills are essential.
