Process invoices and international wire transfers as an Accounts Payable Specialist working on-site Monday to Friday. Use Microsoft Excel to support accurate financial reporting and payment records.
This Accounts Payable Specialist handles supplier invoices, payment preparation, and account reconciliation. The position supports domestic and international wire transfers, cash flow reporting, commission reports, and electronic payment compliance. Strong Excel skills and careful documentation support month-end closing and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, approve, and process assigned supplier invoices
Prepare and coordinate wire payments for import shipments
Manage 20–40 international wire transfers weekly
Resolve payment discrepancies with banking partners and suppliers
Maintain payment records and month-end documentation
Requirements:
College diploma in Accounting or related field
Two to four years of accounts payable experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Understanding of invoice processing and account reconciliation
Domestic or international wire transfer experience is an asset
