ClaimsPro LP is seeking a Junior or Intermediate adjuster to actively handle property claims and follow up on business development opportunities. You will investigate causes, communicate recommendations, assess quantum, identify exposures, and maintain customer service. Candidates need one to five years handling property claims.
Key Responsibilities:

Adjust property claims throughout the claims process
Report investigated causes with solid recommendations to clients
Use Docusketch and supplied technology to scope damages
Recommend reserves, investigations, and exposure action plans
Negotiate fair settlements and support after-hours service
Requirements:

Analytical skills for cause-and-effect assessment
Ability to interpret complex legal documents
Ability to perform advanced numerical calculations
Excellent listening, interviewing, and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills for conflict situations
