General Store Manager Operations

Direct daily store operations using planning, staff management, and point of sale expertise. This permanent role requires English and flexible availability.
As General Store Manager, you will organize and evaluate operations while managing three to four people. The role includes merchandise procurement, marketing strategies, budgeting, and revenue monitoring. You will also address customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct, control, plan, and evaluate daily operations
Manage staff and assign duties across store activities
Determine merchandise and services offered for sale
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Resolve customer, supply, and operational issues
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Five years or more of relevant experience
English language ability for workplace communication
Knowledge of point of sale and accounting software
Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
