Lead John Deere learning initiatives with Pattison Agriculture through equipment expertise, training delivery, and employee development across its locations.
This Training Manager role supports one of Canada's top John Deere dealer organizations. You will prepare content, deliver training modules and assessments, and manage Trainer roles. The position covers equipment setup, components, operations, and short-line products, while supporting onboarding and ongoing employee growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver modules and assessments to employees and customers
Understand John Deere technical manuals and equipment operations
Support onboarding and employee development sessions
Prepare equipment and materials for training
Develop strategic short and long-term training goals
Requirements:
Knowledge of farm and agricultural systems regionally
Experience facilitating adult learning programs
Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Basic electrical product diagnosis and repair experience
Valid Class 5 driver's license and passport
