As a Personal Finance Advisor, you support individual members and businesses with advice suited to their financial situations. You identify strategies, recommend appropriate solutions, and balance satisfaction, business objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management. Interpersonal savvy remains essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise members and clients on suitable financial strategies
Identify expected results with members and clients
Manage relationships and assess service quality
Monitor industry trends and field best practices
Represent the caisse through community outreach activities
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum one year of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French is required
Availability Monday to Friday, including one evening
Bring financial advice, relationship management, and investment knowledge to help Desjardins members and clients reach appropriate goals.
