Drive process consistency and defect reduction as a Senior Industrial Engineer serving Kimberley, Northern Cape, through hybrid strategic planning and on-site oversight.
This senior role leads continuous quality improvement across industrial engineering, production, engineering, and R&D activities. You will analyze quality data, design statistical process control, and facilitate root cause analysis. The position also supports audits, training, and corrective and preventive actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Reduce defects through continuous quality improvement initiatives
Design statistical process control for process capability
Analyze trends and key defect drivers
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams
Deliver training on quality tools and methodologies
Requirements:
Six years of industrial engineering experience minimum
Significant quality management and improvement experience
Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving expertise
Leadership skills for engaging diverse teams
Proficiency with quality software and data analysis tools
Use process improvement, SPC, statistical analysis, and cross-functional leadership to advance product quality through Kimberley-based industrial engineering.
