Talent Acquisition And Payroll Generalist

Drive talent acquisition and payroll administration for Brilliant Harvest while supporting employees, managers, and a growing Western Canada team.
As an HR Generalist reporting to the Finance & Operations Manager, you will manage recruitment from sourcing through hiring. You will also deliver onboarding, administer payroll and benefits, maintain HR systems, and guide performance and employee relations. Calgary is preferred, with in-person attendance every two months for a few days.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, headhunt, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
Track recruitment metrics and manage the applicant tracking system
Coordinate interviews, equipment, system setup, and onboarding
Facilitate performance, compensation, probationary, and annual reviews
Coach managers and employees through conflict and difficult conversations
Requirements:
Five-plus years of progressive HR experience
Full-cycle recruitment and payroll administration background
Experience administering HRIS and payroll systems
Strong communicator comfortable coaching managers
Highly organized with sound judgment and confidentiality
Bring recruitment strategy, payroll administration, HR systems, and employee coaching skills to Brilliant Harvest’s hands-on HR function.
