Dealer Changeover Operations Leader

Shape Dealer mobility through operational excellence, mediation, and data-driven decisions for Canadian Tire Corporation’s Changeover team. This Ontario role requires Canadian travel.
The Manager, Changeover Operations leads day-to-day support across the complete Changeover lifecycle. You will improve effectiveness, guide national Dealer Changeover execution, and oversee significant financial transfers between Dealers. Collaboration with the Changeover Committee, CTDA, and Changeover Capabilities supports evolving strategies, policies, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve Changeover lifecycle effectiveness and efficiency
Contribute to modernization and long-term operational planning
Maintain accurate asset listings for every Changeover
Provide advice and education to Dealers throughout transactions
Exercise data-driven decision-making authority within policy
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is an asset
Minimum five years leading teams
Sound judgment, integrity, and strategic thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with Dealer or franchisee networks
Use operational leadership, strategic planning, and mediation expertise to support accurate, efficient, and Dealer-focused Changeover delivery.
