High Volume Seasonal Recruiter

Support high-volume seasonal hiring for Pursuit across the United States and Canada from a hybrid office schedule in Banff or Jasper.
As a Contract Recruiter, you will recruit for multiple positions and locations while supporting Pursuit’s Talent Acquisition team. The work centers on milestone hiring goals, candidate pipelines, interviews, accurate records, and clear communication about role and location details. Recruiters may make hiring decisions or coordinate with Hiring Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Screen candidates and facilitate up to ten daily interviews
Meet seasonal hiring milestones and shifting staffing priorities
Maintain pipelines, requisitions, offers, and records in Workday
Communicate wages, schedules, housing, perks, and expectations
Coordinate interviews, background checks, and onboarding transitions
Requirements:
One to three years recruiting or related experience
High-volume or seasonal recruiting experience preferred
Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems
Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines and changing priorities
Bring recruiting judgment, candidate service, and pipeline management to Pursuit’s seasonal hiring across iconic destinations in North America.
