Experienced Service Advisors can support Upper James Toyota customers through clear communication, service scheduling, and honest recommendations. This is an in-person dealership role.
Upper James Toyota seeks an experienced Service Advisor for its family-owned and operated dealership. You will coordinate customer requests, explain repair orders, and communicate additional service needs. The position focuses on customer care, vehicle service coordination, and administrative responsibilities within the service department.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and schedule service appointments promptly
Receive vehicle information and clarify requested services
Explain repair orders and estimated repair costs
Contact customers about additional problems and obtain approval
Handle complaints while maintaining customer satisfaction standards
Requirements:
Minimum three years of Service Advisor experience
Valid driver's licence in good standing
Ability to multitask with multiple customers
Ability to work in a team environment
Previous Toyota Service Advisor experience is an asset
