Senior Life Insurance Actuarial Principal

As Senior Principal, you will guide life insurance product initiatives across development, pricing, sales, distribution, and business development. Oliver Wyman’s Actuarial Consulting Practice advises clients on risk management through mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and qualitative assessment. This position supports the US Life Actuarial Practice and its consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead life insurance product development and pricing initiatives
Develop client relationships with life insurance sales and innovation leaders
Prepare proposals and participate in business development meetings
Review and critique life insurance financial projections
Provide thought leadership and oversee intellectual capital
Requirements:
FSA designation with 12+ years of professional experience
Robust life insurance product development and pricing experience
Knowledge of filing requirements and regulatory compliance
Strong project management and staff development skills
Strong written, oral, and Microsoft Office skills
Bring senior actuarial leadership, life insurance pricing expertise, and client development skills to Oliver Wyman’s consulting practice.
