Senior Industrial Project Coordinator
Barton Malow
Coordinate civil, structural, and mechanical scopes for Barton Malow Canada at the Skyview II BESS project in Spencerville, Ontario. Apply project controls and field coordination throughout delivery.
As Senior Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager across industrial and EPC work. The position centers on engineering documentation, construction planning, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, and closeout. You will coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, action items, and progress records
Track RFIs, submittals, changes, and project documentation
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents
Monitor schedules, risks, constraints, variances, and project costs
Coordinate inspections, quality activities, turnover, and closeout records
Requirements:
Post-secondary construction, engineering, or related education
At least five years of project coordination or construction experience
Experience coordinating civil, structural, and mechanical scopes
Knowledge of scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and quality processes
Ability to work full time onsite in Spencerville, Ontario
Bring technical coordination, project controls, construction planning, and quality assurance expertise to Barton Malow Canada’s industrial projects.
