Employee Central Payroll Program Leader
EY
Own end-to-end payroll solution design at EY, combining SAP SuccessFactors configuration, compliance, and integration leadership across multi-country programs. Senior experience is essential.
This Senior Manager role sits within EY’s HR Technology practice and leads complex Employee Central Payroll implementations. You will translate business goals into scalable solutions aligned with global and local regulations. Responsibilities include retroactive processing, off-cycle payroll, reporting, data migration, testing, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own payroll solution design, compliance, and reporting
Lead full-cycle implementations across multiple geographies
Ensure integration with time, finance, and payroll systems
Drive automation, accuracy, and user experience improvements
Coordinate cross-functional and offshore delivery models
Requirements:
Proficiency in payroll configuration and retroactive processing
Strong understanding of global payroll compliance
Minimum ten years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting
At least three full-cycle Employee Central Payroll implementations
Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Bring solution ownership, payroll integration expertise, compliance knowledge, and program coordination to EY’s global HR Technology practice.
