Loyalty Fraud Strategy Lead

WestJet Group in Calgary is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Loyalty fraud program within WestJet Rewards. You will define strategy, develop capabilities, and oversee prevention, detection and recovery initiatives to protect members and loyalty assets.
You will partner with Cybersecurity, Digital, Technology, Data & Analytics, Legal, Finance and other teams to advance governance, metrics, and incident response, driving cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement in fraud controls.
