As Vice President or Junior Director, you will work within an elite boutique investment bank’s Power, Infrastructure & Renewables team. The experienced banker will help generate new business and execute high-profile transactions across the Americas. Responsibilities span financial modelling, valuation, marketing materials, presentations, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop new M&A and strategic advisory mandates
Oversee key workstreams through complex transaction completion
Maintain senior client relationships throughout transactions
Direct financial modelling and valuation analysis reviews
Strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years investment banking experience without MBA
Minimum 2+ years post-MBA experience
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in relevant quantitative discipline
Demonstrable Energy, Power, Infrastructure, or Renewables transaction experience
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
