Customer-Facing Agentic Software Engineer

Shape customer outcomes as a remote Agentic Software Engineer at Kinaxis, combining AI development, enterprise integrations, and technical ownership.
This Forward Deployed Engineer role partners directly with customers on the Kinaxis Maestro Platform. You will design, build, and ship Agentic AI solutions while supporting adoption. The position requires practical software engineering, clear communication, and comfort managing several priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Rapidly prototype and deploy solutions in live environments
Serve as Kinaxis’s technical face with customer stakeholders
Set expectations and own outcomes across parallel engagements
Trade tasks within a self-directed multidisciplinary POD team
Guide teams through new working methods and transitions
Requirements:
Experience shipping real systems using solid engineering fundamentals
Ability to contribute across a polyglot codebase
Experience with authentication patterns and enterprise system integrations
Familiarity with Copilot, Claude Code, or agentic IDE workflows
Ability to travel as required, up to fifty percent
Bring customer-facing judgment, agentic development experience, and ownership to Kinaxis deployments where practical results guide engineering decisions.
