Creative Production Manager Vancouver

Coordinate photography, CGI, design, and copy production as Article’s Creative Production Manager in Vancouver, using Google Sheets and Wrike.
This permanent, full-time individual contributor supports four multidisciplinary creative teams. You will coordinate intake, schedules, dependencies, capacity, asset logistics, and production data while serving internal partners across Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Category Management, and PMO.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end creative production across four disciplines
Clarify briefs and provide transparent project visibility
Build timelines, calendars, and dependency maps
Maintain Google Sheets models and Wrike workflows
Flag blockers, scope changes, and resource constraints
Requirements:
Three-plus years in creative production or project management
Understanding of photography, CGI, design, copywriting, and video
Advanced Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel proficiency
Experience with Wrike, Asana, Airtable, or similar tools
Legal ability to work in Canada and background-check completion
Bring production coordination, spreadsheet modeling, and cross-functional communication skills to Article’s Vancouver creative operations team.
