Senior Residential Construction Manager
PCH Builders
Lead residential construction planning and field execution with PCH Builders across Calgary, Cochrane, and surrounding areas. Own budgets, schedules, contracts, and handover.
As Construction Manager, you will report to the Director of Construction and lead Site Supervisors and on-site crews. Your work spans preconstruction through client handover, combining master scheduling, financial control, procurement, change management, stakeholder communication, safety, quality, and risk management. PCH Builders delivers homes and developments across Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish construction plans, budgets, schedules, and reporting requirements
Lead Site Supervisors and coordinate field execution
Manage costs, forecasts, contracts, procurement, and change orders
Resolve escalated issues while protecting safety and quality
Coordinate permits, commissioning, closeout, and client handover
Requirements:
15+ years of progressive construction experience
Residential experience with homes and multi-family developments
Experience leading full-cycle project delivery
Valid Class 5 licence and reliable transportation
CSTS 2020, WHMIS, and successful background check
Bring residential construction leadership, commercial discipline, and field judgment to PCH Builders’ Calgary and Cochrane projects.
