Senior Corporate Real Estate Manager

Shape corporate real estate strategy for Alcanza’s clinical research network through site evaluation, lease management, and portfolio planning. Travel up to 50% as needed.
This Senior Manager of Facilities & Real Estate evaluates new, expanded, consolidated, and relocated sites. You will partner with leadership to align property decisions with business objectives. Responsibilities include lease obligations, landlord relations, cost-saving opportunities, construction coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate prospective, expanded, consolidated, and relocated sites
Partner with leadership on real estate decisions
Monitor lease obligations, compliance requirements, and savings opportunities
Coordinate contractors, consultants, and vendors through project completion
Oversee permitting, inspections, and project compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and three-plus years of related experience
Solid experience with real estate contracts and leases
Knowledge of construction projects and project timelines
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and deadline management skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Use real estate planning, lease expertise, and construction coordination to support Alcanza locations and clinical research operations.
