Four-Squared-Recruitment-1 is seeking a Financial Controller for an engineering and manufacturing SME in the West Midlands. You will own the entire finance function, including statutory reporting, forecasting, and compliance across UK and international entities.
You'll work closely with the MD and Group FD on business planning, reporting, and performance improvement, leading a high-performing team and shaping strategic direction. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with broad group exposure.
