Senior Enterprise Program Manager

Lead complex enterprise programs with monday.com expertise and cross-functional influence in a highly visible Senior Program Manager role. Drive strategic initiatives through delivery.
This senior role leads multi-year programs spanning Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales. You will manage integrated plans, portfolio reporting, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation. The role also supports Business Analysts and helps mature PMO standards across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large, multi-phase enterprise initiatives from planning through launch
Coordinate workstream dependencies across business and technology teams
Run go-live readiness, cutover planning, and post-launch support
Maintain portfolio dashboards, templates, automations, and status reporting
Drive risks, issues, vendor deliverables, and decisions to resolution
Requirements:
8+ years of project or program management experience
3+ years leading multi-workstream, cross-functional programs
Advanced monday.com and Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience with waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
Bachelor’s degree and regulated financial services knowledge
