Dental Clinic Regional Operations Leader

This Regional Manager role leads a portfolio of dental clinics while developing Clinic Managers and strengthening operational performance. You will balance patient-centred care with budgeting, forecasting, workforce optimization, and measurable growth. The remote position is aligned to the Toronto Support Centre and requires regular regional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Set annual goals with Clinic Managers and Lead Dentists
Improve appointment planning, clinic flow, and patient engagement
Coach managers on budgeting, forecasting, and payroll
Maintain regulatory, provincial, and facility standards
Connect clinics with Support Centre programs and resources
Requirements:
Proven multi-site management experience of 5+ years
Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset
Knowledge of dental regulatory and compliance standards
Agile prioritization and strong operational execution skills
Ability to travel frequently with a valid driver's license
Use coaching, financial management, and operational planning to advance patient care across Dentalcorp's regional dental network.
