Strategic Program Manager Canadian Shared Services

Develop plans and track progress across strategic priorities
Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles
Coordinate leadership forums, governance, and follow-up actions
Develop scorecards, dashboards, and monitoring tools
Prepare leadership messaging and communications
Requirements:
Bilingual French and English communication skills required
Project management experience or relevant experience
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
Executive-level communication and facilitation skills
University, college, or post-secondary education
Bring strategic coordination, analytical thinking, and communication skills to support disciplined execution across Sun Life Canadian Shared Services.
