Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering, discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
Document business and functional requirements for ERP/EAM solutions.
Support data migration, system integration and testing activities.
Collaborate with business teams, IT and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience
10+ years in IT, including 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
3+ years with Oracle Fusion and/or IBM Maximo (SaaS).
Experience delivering at least one large-scale ERP/EAM implementation, from design through testing and deployment.
Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with data migration, integration requirements and system testing.
Nice to Have
Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
