You will deliver technical expertise through client interactions, reports, management presentations, and specialized analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Determine effective corporate structures across countries
Advise on capitalization and financing methods
Perform acquisition due diligence and modeling
Apply transfer pricing and cross-border tax knowledge
Maintain quality control over client work
Requirements:

CPA designation
Master’s taxation degree or Bar membership
Seven to eight years public accounting experience
Experience reviewing international tax compliance
Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills
Use cross-border tax advisory, corporate structuring, and technical analysis skills to support MNP clients and international transactions.
