Senior Yardi Real Estate Accountant

Use Yardi expertise to strengthen real estate reporting at HOOPP, overseeing transaction accuracy, month-end entries, and manager-submitted data.
As Senior Analyst, Real Estate, you will ensure transactions are accurately reflected in Yardi and transferred correctly to Oracle. You will oversee financial data collection, investigate discrepancies, and communicate HOOPP requirements to external managers. The role also provides direction and feedback to two Analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee monthly financial data collection and system input
Analyze external manager data for completeness and accuracy
Ensure acquisitions and dispositions have complete documentation
Communicate reporting requirements, policies, and timelines
Develop and maintain value-adding Yardi reports
Requirements:
CPA qualification and relevant university degree
Five to ten years’ experience in real estate operations
Experience with property or asset management accounting
Yardi software experience is an asset
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
Apply detailed Yardi knowledge, analytical judgment, and relationship-building skills across HOOPP’s real estate reporting environment.
