Key Responsibilities:
Translate organizational learning strategies into SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Lead configuration, deployment, and Learning-module optimization
Manage project requirements, testing, quality assurance, and timelines
Drive user adoption through training and communication plans
Advise on LMS governance, compliance, and integrations
Requirements:
Six-plus years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience
Deep Learning Management System expertise
Learning certification for SAP SuccessFactors
Understanding of learning processes and HR technology ecosystems
Proven client-relationship and complex-project delivery experience
