Azure Fabric Data Engineer Finance

Build Azure and Microsoft Fabric data platforms for CareRx’s finance-focused Data Engineer role, with hands-on SQL and pipeline development. Work one day weekly in Toronto.
CareRx seeks a Data Engineer with at least four years of experience. You will connect sources, transform raw data, and support reporting alongside AI and ML data operations. The work combines technical leadership, cloud platform delivery, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain Azure and Microsoft Fabric data platforms
Build change data capture for new data sources
Transform raw data into curated reporting layers
Execute tested deployments, rollbacks, and recovery procedures
Manage access, capacity, documentation, and source changes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline
Minimum four years of data engineering experience
Experience with Fabric OneLake, Warehouse, and Mirroring
Strong SQL, dimensional modelling, and CDC knowledge
Experience with Git and enterprise data architecture
