Commercial Installation Project Manager

Manage commercial installation delivery in Mississauga through scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and commissioning. This full-time position includes office and site work.
As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple industrial and commercial projects throughout their complete lifecycle. Responsibilities include planning, contract requirements, equipment procurement, field coordination, technical reviews, financial control, and final customer acceptance. Projects involve loading dock systems, overhead doors, material handling equipment, and commercial installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple projects within timelines, budgets, and contracts
Conduct kickoff, site, pre-installation, and commissioning meetings
Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications
Track labour, materials, subcontractor charges, and cost variances
Resolve customer concerns and coordinate final project acceptance
Requirements:
Seven to ten years managing complex multi-phase projects
Experience coordinating installations, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
Strong scheduling, procurement, change order, and commissioning knowledge
Excellent organizational, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across Canada occasionally
