As Construction Manager, you will oversee project operations for a well-established design-build general contractor serving Alberta. You will lead Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Site Superintendents, and field teams. Your focus spans planning, execution, closeout, team mentoring, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Project Managers, Coordinators, Superintendents, and field teams
Support projects from pre-construction through closeout
Monitor schedules, budgets, quality standards, and expectations
Build relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Mentor teams and promote accountability and collaboration
Requirements:
Diploma, degree, or equivalent construction experience
10+ years leading commercial, industrial, or design-build projects
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Gold Seal, PMP, C.E.T., or similar designation asset
