Lead Sales and Operations Execution from Saint-Hubert, Quebec, coordinating demand, supply, production, and logistics in a hybrid model. Drive customer service through integrated planning.
Reporting to the Vice President, Supply Chain, you will translate S&OP plans into executable operational plans. The Director will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across North American manufacturing facilities. Success requires demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and fact-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the weekly Sales and Operations Execution process
Coordinate demand, supply, production, distribution, transportation, and sales teams
Translate approved S&OP plans into executable operational plans
Resolve operational issues and manage exceptions centrally
Develop scenarios addressing demand fluctuations and capacity constraints
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years in supply chain or related functions
Experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments
Expertise in demand, supply, and inventory planning
Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and change management skills
Fluent bilingualism in French and English
