Workday Functional Systems Analyst Keyera

Keyera is seeking a Senior HRMS Analyst focused on Workday functional systems, configuration, and production support. The position is based in Calgary or possibly Edmonton.
Reporting to the Team Lead HRMS, this permanent position supports Human Resources through projects and operational processes. You will advise users, resolve issues, configure changes, and coordinate planned enhancements. The work spans Workday modules, business processes, security, reporting, and integration collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver ongoing functional expertise across Workday projects and production
Support audits, enrollment, year rollover, and compensation processes
Gather requirements and analyze planned module enhancements
Coordinate configuration, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer
Work with technical resources on required integration activities
Requirements:
Six to eight-plus years of progressively senior Workday experience
Advanced configuration proficiency with multiple Workday modules
Ability to create and follow accountable work processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent written, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Apply functional Workday knowledge, structured analysis, and strong communication to Keyera’s enterprise HR systems work.
