The City of Toronto seeks a Senior Systems Integrator for a temporary 12-month assignment supporting UKG Pro implementation. Reporting to the Project Director, Digital Project Implementation, you will advise the eScheduling project team, assess requirements, and translate Kronos processes into UKG Pro solutions. Your guidance will support the planned Q1 2028 launch.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess UKG Pro designs against documented business requirements
Recommend configuration, integration, security, and reporting approaches
Identify functional gaps, dependencies, risks, and implementation options
Define role-based access and authorization requirements
Support validation, testing, and implementation readiness activities
Requirements:

Hands-on UKG Pro implementation and configuration experience
Experience with workforce management, scheduling, and time attendance
Knowledge of systems integration, interfaces, and data flows
Ability to prepare technical documentation and process maps
Strong analytical, consultation, communication, and stakeholder skills
