Plant Finance Controller SAP

This Plant Controller serves as financial leader and a key member of the plant leadership team. You will oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, internal controls, compliance, and investment analysis. The position also supports ERP modernization, data quality, and decisions affecting safety, quality, productivity, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop performance indicators connecting operations with financial outcomes
Present results and insights to leadership and executives
Lead control assessments, audits, and remediation activities
Evaluate investments using ROI, NPV, and payback methods
Coach finance and administrative personnel
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Five to seven years’ progressive finance or accounting experience
Experience leading budgets, forecasts, and operational planning
Experience with SAP, OneStream, and financial reporting systems
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational abilities
Bring SAP, financial modeling, controls, and manufacturing analysis expertise to Sacopan’s plant leadership team.
