Lead guest service and sales at The NOW Massage Midtown Raleigh and Wake Forest as an Assistant General Manager supporting Experience Guides.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Experience Guides through mentorship, coaching, and feedback
Serve as acting management during General Manager absences
Resolve guest complaints and support guest satisfaction
Develop schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels
Collaborate with Leadership to improve facility operations
Requirements:
Sales and service-related experience
Key-holder or lead supervisory experience preferred
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring sales leadership, coaching, and guest service expertise to The NOW Massage while supporting team performance and facility needs.
