Use automotive parts knowledge to support Orangeville Honda customers and technicians as an experienced Parts Advisor in Etobicoke. Source, order, and sell parts accurately.
As an experienced Parts Advisor, you will support customers and the service department at Orangeville Honda. The work includes identifying parts, maintaining inventory, assisting technicians, and providing knowledgeable service. You will also learn dealership Parts Department operations within The Humberview Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously
Identify, source, order, and sell automotive parts
Assist technicians with required parts
Prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup
Track back orders and issue credits for returns
Requirements:
Experience as an automotive Parts Advisor
Self-motivated approach with high energy
Ability to learn electronic parts catalogues
CDK software experience is an asset
Honda product knowledge is an asset
