Beauty Department Manager Pickering

Lead beauty sales at Shoppers Drug Mart in Pickering, using sales tracking tools and customer service expertise. This is a full-time position.
The Beauty Manager manages department resources to maximize sales targets. You will coach selling skills, monitor customer service results, and support beauty sales standards. The position also requires cosmetic experience, team leadership, and effective communication. You will work with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Set sales goals using corporate tracking tools and dashboards
Coach staff in selling skills and productivity objectives
Provide superior customer service and model eClienteling
Book beauty event appointments and manage schedules
Mentor, train, motivate, and evaluate department staff
Requirements:
Sales experience with proven achievement of sales goals
Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
Previous experience leading a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Planning, judgment, and independent decision-making abilities
