Provide comprehensive nursing care at Davidson Memorial Health Centre in Cartwright as a Licensed Practical Nurse with current BCLS training. Shifts include days and nights.
Prairie Mountain Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Transitional unit. The position requires practice within Manitoba legislation, CLPNM standards, scope, competencies, and professional ethics. You will maintain relevant competencies offered by Prairie Mountain Health while supporting patients, residents, or clients through established nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, residents, and clients
Practice within the Licensed Practical Nurses Act of Manitoba
Follow CLPNM standards of practice and code of ethics
Maintain relevant competencies offered by Prairie Mountain Health
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Active or eligible practicing CLPNM licensure
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support training
Proficiency with Microsoft programs and information technology
Demonstrated organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently within interdisciplinary teams
Bring licensed practical nursing expertise, professional accountability, and comprehensive care skills to Prairie Mountain Health in Cartwright.
