Support equipment shipping and receiving in Montreal while serving customers, preparing rentals, and handling tools carefully. French and English are required.
As a Shipper Receiver, you will receive and prepare rental equipment for customer orders. You will select, prepare, and ship orders as needed while supporting the Shipping/Receiving team. The work includes equipment information, returned-tool inspections, deliveries, pickups, and branch operations. Customer service experience, tool knowledge, mechanical knowledge, and forklift experience are assets.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide equipment and explain tool usage to customers
Inspect returned tools and report damage to the team
Route tools to the mechanical shop and storage
Prepare items for delivery and pickup
Help load and unload customer and driver trucks
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
French and English written and spoken
Ability to lift heavy loads
Meticulous, courteous, and resourceful approach
Forklift experience is an asset
Bring careful equipment handling, bilingual customer service, and shipping support to the Montreal Shipping/Receiving team.
