The Personal Support Worker assists clients with daily activities and personal hygiene. This permanent night-shift role supports physical, social, and emotional needs safely. Care follows Yee Hong’s resident-centred approach, residents’ rights, organizational philosophy, and government standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care during clients’ daily activities
Assist residents with personal hygiene needs
Support physical, social, and emotional wellbeing safely
Follow resident-centred care practices and residents’ rights
Work permanent night shifts, including weekends and short shifts
Requirements:

Graduate from an approved Ontario Personal Support Worker course
Current CPR Certificate
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and manage time
Ability to work independently and positively within teams
Bring compassionate personal care, resident-centred service, and dependable overnight support to Yee Hong’s Scarborough senior-care community.
