Pool Operations Supervisor Whistler Resort
Four Seasons
Coordinate pool operations at Whistler’s Four Seasons Resort, with responsibility for water systems, equipment, safety, and service consistency.
As a full-time Pool Supervisor, you will help maintain a safe and welcoming poolside environment. Your work includes supporting Pool Attendant, Server, and Bartender duties when needed. You will also use relevant computer systems, maintain the Lotus Notes log, and report equipment deficiencies to the proper department.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with Engineering on water quality and pool mechanics
Ensure equipment remains in perfect working condition
Oversee cleanliness across poolside guest areas
Maintain service procedures and operational follow-up
Record important information for management in Lotus Notes
Requirements:
Leadership experience
Experience skiing or snowboarding
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work in Canada
Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
