Customer Service Sales Support Specialist

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help build company success by serving valued customers and partnering with outside sales managers. Your responsibilities include processing quote requests and orders, sharing technical information, and recommending solutions. You will also communicate product availability and order progress.

Process incoming quote requests
Process customer orders accurately
Upsell promotions affecting customer orders
Communicate product availability and order progress
Partner with outside sales managers to drive sales
Requirements:

Two years of customer service experience
Post-secondary diploma
Ability to communicate effectively
Detail-oriented approach and deadline management
Independent experience in fast-paced environments
Apply customer service, sales support, and relationship-building skills while managing orders, promotions, and client communication.
