Practice Plus Group is expanding its service and seeking a Substance Misuse Support Worker. HMP Risley is a Category C male prison housing around 1,100 people convicted of sexual offences. The service provides primary care, mental health, and substance misuse services across wings, clinics, inpatient facilities, and reception.
Key Responsibilities:

Support substance misuse services across HMP Risley
Work within a wider multidisciplinary healthcare team
Contribute across wings and clinic areas
Support services in inpatient facilities and reception
Requirements:

Substance misuse experience
Knowledge of current pathway issues
Legal right to work in the UK
Successful enhanced vetting and security checks
Availability Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
