Preschool Team Teacher Milton

Support preschool learning at Milton Family Community Center through developmentally appropriate instruction, positive guidance, and collaborative classroom leadership. This full-time position serves children Monday through Friday.
The Preschool Team Teacher supports MFCC classroom operations alongside the Co-Teacher and ECP Director. The work includes play-based learning, child observation, assessment, documentation, and family communication. Instruction addresses social-emotional development, language, literacy, early mathematics, physical development, creativity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
Use positive guidance to support behavior and self-regulation
Observe children and contribute to assessment documentation
Maintain safe, organized, inclusive classroom environments
Communicate professionally with families and service providers
Requirements:
Be at least twenty years of age
Hold a high school diploma or completed GED
Meet Vermont early childhood qualification pathways
Obtain pediatric and adult CPR/AED certification
Demonstrate organizational and communication skills
Bring early childhood education, positive guidance, and documentation skills to MFCC’s Preschool Team Teacher position in Milton.
