As a Disability Claims Administrator, you will manage financial details for new and ongoing long-term disability claims. You will interpret contractual provisions, calculate entitlements, and handle customer inquiries about payments and taxes. The position requires organization, communication, and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete initial financial information and benefit calculations
Calculate and issue long-term disability benefit payments
Process underpayments, overpayments, refunds, and adjustments

Requirements:
Post-secondary education with strong financial background
Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
